ENTRÉE
The Matambre Arrollado is a tender, seasoned flank steak stuffed with crisp bell peppers, boiled egg, mozzarella cheese, carrots, parsley, and chimichurri sauce. Finished with an extra drizzle of chimichurri and served alongside elite-style corn and creamy poblano rice. Perfectly paired with a smooth- bodied Malbec.
DESSERT
A mango lassi tres leeches topped with a mango-infused cream and served with a prickly pear coulis.
