APPETIZER

Empanada made with blue corn masa and a small torito plate.

ENTRÉE

The Matambre Arrollado is a tender, seasoned flank steak stuffed with crisp bell peppers, boiled egg, mozzarella cheese, carrots, parsley, and chimichurri sauce. Finished with an extra drizzle of chimichurri and served alongside elite-style corn and creamy poblano rice. Perfectly paired with a smooth- bodied Malbec.

DESSERT

A mango lassi tres leeches topped with a mango-infused cream and served with a prickly pear coulis.

DRINK

The Mango Mamba is a frozen blend of mango puree, vodka and Licor 43.

“The menu will have similar recipes to El Sur, but the plating will be more upscale,” said Mejia Jr. “We are also bringing recipes, that are Latin Caribbean inspired, from our hotel and restaurant in Roatan.” The dinner menu includes the likes of Mole Poblano, carnitas, molcajete, flautas, Camarones Culichi, Ceviche Tostada, Mexican Street Corn on a Stick, and Tacos de Calabaza — (vegan) three roasted butternut squash tacos.
